Research funding support

Nanchang: Starting from 2009, no less than 20 million yuan will be allocated annually to support the research and development and industrialization of semiconductor lighting products, the construction and maintenance of public service platforms, and demonstration applications. Subsidy purchase equipment

Yangzhou: Give financial subsidies to purchase MOCVD equipment for LED epitaxial wafers that have reached the international advanced level. The eligible blue-green light MOCVD subsidy funds can reach 10 million yuan/set, and the red, yellow and light MOCVD subsidy funds can reach 8 million yuan/set (fiscal and municipal finances each bear 50%.)

Jiangmen: A new or expanded investment project for the purchase of new MOCVD equipment for LED epitaxial wafer production (specifications: blue-green light MOCVD 31-chip and above, red-yellow-light MOCVD 38-chip and above) for more than 5 units (including 5 units) Give financial subsidies. Subsidy product application

Guangdong: For schools, government agencies and industrial and commercial enterprises, the provincial government and municipal finances will be given subsidies of 20% to 30% according to the scale of application, and in community construction, subsidies will be provided at 30% to 50%.

Shenzhen: For companies participating in LED demonstration projects of government investment projects, a 10% subsidy will be given based on the price of the lamps and the interest will be discounted for 3 years. For companies that undertake LED application demonstration projects for corporate investment projects, subsidies are provided at 30% of the price of LED lamps.

Wuhan: Established a special fund for LED promotion and application in Wuhan. Arrange 20 million yuan each year, a total of 60 million yuan, mainly used for demonstration project subsidies and loan interest subsidies.

Chengdu: For the LED lighting product demonstration project organized and implemented according to the unified requirements of the municipal government, a 10% subsidy will be given to the corresponding district (city) county according to the total price of LED lighting products used in the demonstration project. Public departments and enterprises and institutions that purchase LED lighting products are subsidized by 10% according to the bid price, and household households who purchase LED lighting products receive subsidies of 25% according to the bid price.

Dongguan: Each year, key areas will be selected to implement relevant demonstration projects in batches. Subsidies will be given in accordance with 10% of the price of LED lamps. Non-governmental organizations and enterprises participating in demonstration projects and purchasing in line with Dongguan standards will be subsidized at 30% of the price of LED lamps.
