We learned that Max Liu, product marketing manager of ViewSonic ViewSonic Asia Pacific, said that ViewSonic plans to expand its Android tablet line in the second half of the year and launch a Windows 8-based tablet product.

Max Liu revealed that the ViewSonic's first Windows 8 tablet uses a 10-inch display and high resolution (possibly 720p, and possibly 1920x1200). ViewSonic's first Windows 8 tablet will be available as early as this June.

ViewSonic has not yet stated whether it's the first Windows 8 tablet, whether it uses an ARM-based processor, or an x86 processor. However, there is no doubt that ViewSonic will present this product at Computex 2012 in Taipei in June.
