1. Project Introduction

The project has a construction area of ​​about 290,000 square meters and covers an area of ​​998 acres. The main constructions include teaching buildings, graphic information comprehensive buildings, laboratory buildings, simulated ward buildings, clinical and nursing complex buildings, canteens, dormitories, college student activity centers, stadiums, etc. , Supporting the construction of auxiliary infrastructure such as drainage, electricity, heating, fire protection, gas engineering, greening, roads, parking lots, etc., which can accommodate 18,000 students to study and live in the school.

2. Introduction to field project application products
2.1 Acrel-6000 electrical fire monitoring system Acrel-6000 electrical fire monitoring system is used to receive residual current electrical fire monitoring detectors and other field equipment signals to realize the operation of alarm, monitoring, control and management of the protected electrical circuit Industrial-grade hardware/software systems for computers. This system is suitable for intelligent buildings, high-rise apartments, hotels, restaurants, commercial buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, national key fire-fighting units, and petrochemicals, culture, education and health, finance, telecommunications and other fields. Remote control and remote signaling facilitate monitoring and management.
Acrel-6000 electrical fire monitoring system consists of Acrel-6000 series monitoring equipment, ARCM-L series integrated monitoring detectors and supporting accessories. Each equipment of the system is connected by CAN bus and fire-fighting second bus (flame-retardant twisted-pair shielded wire), and the construction and wiring are simple and convenient.

4 Field instrument distribution and networking
4.1 Site distribution Henan Shangqiu Medical College is equipped with an Acrel-6000/B1 electrical fire monitoring equipment (host), 5 AF-QYFJ area extensions (extensions) and 537 ARCM-L series integrated detectors.
The electrical fire monitoring equipment and extensions 1, 2, and 3 are located in the control room on the first floor of the school's administrative building. The remaining extensions 3 and 4 are at 12# and 14# respectively.
The two-bus loop 1 of the host computer is connected with 55 integrated detectors, and the two-bus loop 2 is connected with 20 integrated detectors.
The second bus loop 1 of extension 1 connects with 53 integrated detectors, and the second bus loop 2 connects with 38 integrated detectors.
The second bus loop 1 of extension 2 connects 58 integrated detectors, and the second bus loop 2 connects 36 integrated detectors.
The second bus loop 1 of extension 3 connects 36 integrated detectors, and the second bus loop 2 connects 40 integrated detectors.
The second bus loop 1 of extension 4 is connected to 53 integrated detectors, and the second bus loop 2 is connected to 25 integrated detectors.

4.2 Networking mode The host computer and the regional extension adopt CAN communication mode, and the material is ZR(NH)-RVVSP-2*1.5mm2. The extension and integrated monitoring detector adopt two-bus communication mode, and the material is ZR(NH)-RVVSP-2*2.5mm2.

7. On-site problems Installation problems: As part of the integrated electrical fire monitoring detectors are short-circuited with the ground wire, the status display on the electrical fire monitoring host sometimes causes the communication to be normal and sometimes the communication is interrupted, which is a line problem.

8. Concluding remarks The electrical fire monitoring system is an early warning system for electrical fires. When the line or equipment fails, it can detect the change of leakage current in time, and accurately give the early warning or alarm signal to kill the electrical fire in the bud.
