The 484-220-watt LL-RA192 streetlights installed on Ziyang Avenue were all produced by Jiangxi Province Jinghe Lighting Co., Ltd., a high-tech development zone in Nanchang. The 480-watt traditional high-pressure sodium lamp used in the adjacent Changdong Avenue was slightly dim. Wang Min, executive vice president of the company, said that with the LED street lighting, the same brightness is 50% less than the usual high-pressure sodium lamp. According to the daily use of 11 hours, the total length of 5.4 kilometers is 484 miles on Ziyang Avenue. It can save 455,000 kWh per year and save 450,000 yuan.
