In the use of the DC governor, it is sometimes necessary to restore the parameters to the factory settings or reset the parameters. Which parameters need to be set? The 6RA70 quick setup method will be briefly described below:

Need to set: armature current, excitation current, armature voltage, excitation voltage, feedback mode, given source, start source, automatic tuning optimization, generally these parameters are sufficient

The DC governor is an all-digital rectifier with three-phase input and rated armature current from 15a to 2200a. The compact rectifier can be used in parallel to provide up to 12000a of current, and the excitation circuit can provide up to 85a of current (this current Depending on armature rated current)

P051=21; Restore factory settings (use this setting if you are not sure which parameters have been modified)

P051=40; Allow modification of parameters

P052=3 ; Show all parameters

P100=armature rated current (this can be set with reference to the motor nameplate during commissioning)

P101=armature rated voltage (this can be set with reference to the motor nameplate during commissioning)

P102=Excitation rated current (this can be set with reference to the motor nameplate during commissioning)

P104, p105, p106, p107, p108, p109, p114, default

P082=1, the excitation circuit is closed with the main circuit contactor

P083=3, the speed feedback signal is provided by emf, 1=xt104 xt103 provides (speed feedback), 2=encoder feedback

If you select p083=2, please set the following parameters

P140=1, encoder type 1

P141=1024, encoder pulse number

P142=1, encoder output

P143=3000, set the maximum running speed of the motor

If you select p083=1, please set the following parameters

P741=Tachometer generator feedback voltage. Algorithm: For example, the speed motor nameplate 110v 2000 rpm, the motor rated speed 1500 rpm, then please set the p741 voltage to 83v.
