6-8W dual audio power amplifier circuit HA1394

HA1392 is a dual 6-8W audio power amplifier integrated circuit, which is a product produced by Hitachi, Japan. When Vcc = 25V RL = 8Ω, the output power is 8.2W per channel, THD = 15%. Suitable for combined stereo sound system and TV audio amplification, HA1394 is a 12-lead single in-line plastic package structure, the shape is shown in Figure 1.
Circuit characteristics:

[2]. Few external components (11 capacitors, 6 resistors).

[3]. Wide working power supply voltage, 18-35V.

[4]. Low noise and low distortion.

[5]. There is an overheat protection circuit.

[5]. The output power is large. When the load is 4Ω, the 12V power supply can output 4.3W power per channel, and the 15V power supply can output 6.8W power (THD = 10%).

Note: After the power is turned on, when connecting the speaker, two 220Ω resistors can be added as the charging circuit of the output capacitor to protect the integrated circuit

Through-wall Terminal

The through-wall terminals can be installed side by side on panels with thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 10mm, and can automatically compensate and adjust the thickness of the panel to form a terminal block with any number of poles. In addition, isolation plates can be used to increase air gaps and creepage distances.
