It is reported that after the Chongqing super silicon project is fully produced, it can reach an annual output of 6 million sapphire wafers, 2 million sapphire wafers of 4 to 6 inches, and 6 million sapphire wafers with an annual output value of 3.7 billion yuan.
According to relevant estimates, after about one year of production, the public can buy LED lights that are one-third cheaper than now, and the brightness will increase by about 30%. In the next three to five years, the cost price can be reduced by about 50%.
It is reported that Chongqing Super Silicon has become the world's third-largest IC-based silicon wafer manufacturing company, WACKER's manufacturing plant in Japan, and has become a domestic enterprise that can provide 8- to 12-inch IC-grade silicon wafers; Chongqing Super Silicon said its product yield is over 95%.

After more than a year of construction, the first high-tech industrial project in Liangjiang New District – Chongqing Super Silicon 2~6-inch LED sapphire and 8-inch integrated circuit silicon wafer polishing project was officially put into operation in the Shuibei High-tech Park. After the project is fully produced, the annual output value will reach 3.7 billion yuan, and the Liangjiang New District will build a complete LED industry chain.
