On July 17, 2013, Shenzhen Zhaochi Energy Saving Lighting Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhaochi Co., signed a strategic procurement framework agreement with Anhui Sanan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., and purchased a total of RMB 500 million from Sanan Optoelectronics in the next one year. The LED chip, the announcement of the two stock prices rose together on the day.
GLII believes that the secondary market has benefited significantly, and the shares of Zhaochi and Sanan Optoelectronics are expected to continue to rise in the short term. Mainly because of the Zhaochi shares, this move allows investors to see the company's determination and planning to expand the LED business, boosting investor confidence. Sanan Optoelectronics is undoubtedly the direct beneficiary of the huge order signing, and the later performance can be guaranteed.
On the other hand, in accordance with the signed strategic procurement framework agreement, Zhaochi shares will need to purchase 500 million chips from Sanan Optoelectronics within one year from the date of signing the agreement. GLII believes that according to the overall packaging capacity, usage and LED revenue of Zhaochi, it is still doubtful whether the huge orders will be fully implemented at that time. The main reason is:
1) In the backlight market, Zhaochi is mainly engaged in LED TV backlight. At present, the LED TV backlight penetration rate is increasing rapidly. GLII expects its penetration rate to exceed 90% this year, and the future development of the backlight market is gradually shrinking. Therefore, it is difficult to make a big breakthrough in the demand for orders for Zhaochi in the backlight market in the future.
2) In the lighting market, with the rapid development of the indoor lighting industry, white light packaging is expected to start to increase, and demand is expected to increase rapidly. However, due to the impact of new business order diversion, it is difficult for Zhaochi to obtain a large number of orders in the short term.
In 2012, Zhaochi purchased a total of 14.11 million yuan from Sanan Optoelectronics, and the annual LED business revenue was 224 million yuan. In the coming year, the purchase amount of 500 million yuan will be 35 times of the purchase amount in 2012. The growth in the short time is so rapid, and the corresponding capacity expansion of Zhaochi is difficult to keep up.
GLII research shows that the current mega-package line is about 50, the capacity is 250 KK / month, and the annual amount of chips is not more than 80 million yuan. If the annual purchase amount of chips is increased to 500 million yuan, the company's packaging capacity will be expanded by at least 6 times, that is, more than 200 new packaging lines will be built. Obviously, in such a short period of time, it is difficult to realize such a large capacity expansion. 
Therefore, GLII believes that Sanan Optoelectronics has received a large order of 500 million yuan from Zhaochi, and it will be doubtful if it can be implemented in a practical and complete manner.
