According to historical experience, if the copper-aluminum connection does not take certain measures, it is easy to generate heat, corrosion, and disconnection at the connection point, and electrical faults such as power line disconnection, short circuit, and power failure occur.

If the copper and aluminum joints are as strong as the same material joints, there are several measures:

1. When the aluminum wire is connected to the copper terminal (for example, the aluminum cable is connected to the air switch), the copper-aluminum transition terminal (wire nose) is required. The copper-aluminum transition terminal, the copper-aluminum is cast and the contact surface is the molecular gap. There will be no drawbacks of copper and aluminum joints.

4, aluminum row copper row: more than twice the length of the same metal overlap, and more bolts compacted.

5. The aluminum is connected to the air switch: first connect a copper row on the air switch, and then press the fourth one.

6. Apply a small amount of white Vaseline to the aluminum joint to reduce the corrosion of the aluminum.
