Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Hubert said that she expects Apple to predict that iPhone sales will grow at least "slightly" in the coming quarter.

Concerns about the growth of the iPhone business will focus on what new products can drive Apple's growth. Wristly's survey of about 1,000 Apple Watch users revealed that 52% of respondents indicated that WatchOS2 “slightly” improved “overall satisfaction”, and another 22% said that WatchOS2 has “significantly” increased “overall satisfaction”.
