Temperature sensor LM35 The LM35 is a temperature sensor manufactured by National Semiconductor. Its output voltage is linear with the Celsius scale. The conversion formula is as shown in the equation. When 0, the output is 0V. For every 1°C increase, the output voltage is increased by 10mV. The LM35 is available in a variety of different package styles as shown. At room temperature, the LM35 does not require additional calibration to achieve ±1/4°C accuracy. The power supply mode has two types: single power supply and positive and negative dual power supply. The pin is shown in the figure. The power supply mode of positive and negative dual power supply can provide negative temperature measurement. The static current-temperature relationship between the two connections is shown in the figure. As shown, the self-heating effect is low (0.08 °C) at rest temperature, and the single-supply mode has a static current of about 50 μA at 25 °C. The operating voltage is wide, and it can operate normally within the supply voltage range of 4-20V.
