The wind turbine foundation and hoisting construction of the distributed 28.5 MW wind farm project in Tangshan Shanxi were conducted in domestic open tender, and the units that meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate.

3.1 The bidder must have independent legal person qualifications and corresponding construction qualification conditions. Non-PRC registered bidders should be registered by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the competent construction department should issue a contracted project permit to issue a permit.

3.2 The bid invitation requires the bidder to have qualifications of Grade A and above in general contracting for construction projects, and must have construction performance of 2 or more wind farms of 50 MW and above or similar projects in the past 5 years, and in personnel, equipment and funds. Other aspects have corresponding construction capabilities.

3.2.1 Among them, the bidder intends to send the project manager to be qualified as a qualified mechanical and electrical professional registered construction engineer, possess an effective safety production assessment certificate (B), and has not held any other engineering project manager's position, and has 5 More than a year engaged in similar project management work experience and as a project manager of 2 or more wind farms or similar projects of 50 MW and above.

3.2.3 Passed GB/T/ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, GB/T/ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, GB/T/OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.

3.3 Corporate Finance: The registered capital is not less than RMB 40 million.

3.4 Corporate reputation: The bidder needs to have good credit standing and business reputation. There is no legal dissolution of the case or the company is out of business or in bankruptcy, and the assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen.

3.5 This tender does not accept the Commonwealth bid.

3.6 The tender will be conducted after the qualification examination. After the bid opening, the bid evaluation committee will review the bidder's qualifications. The qualification conditions do not meet the requirements of the bidding documents. The bid evaluation committee will reject the bid.
