The inverter circuit has a simple structure, does not require a special transformer, and the output waveform is a square wave. The circuit uses a SG3524 switching regulator power supply control chip, which is used as a square wave generator in this circuit to drive the power tube to complete the DC to AC inverter process. The SG3524 is a dual-ended output pulse width modulation chip, dual-row 16-pin in-line plastic package (DIP-16), operating power supply voltage range of 8V ~ 35V.

The key components in the circuit except SG3524 are FETs and transformers. The selection of two FETs is based on the required output power. The models must be the same. If the output power of the two tubes is not up to the requirements, more than one parallel connection can be used. . The transformer can be used with a general 220V/2×12V power frequency transformer, and the power is also determined according to actual needs. The square wave oscillation frequency of the SG3524 is determined by the external resistors and capacitors of pins 6 and 7. If the frequency is not suitable, the value of this RC can be adjusted.
