At the signing ceremony, China Micro has also signed a batch MOCVD equipment sales contract with companies such as Zhaochi Semiconductor, Ganzhao Optoelectronics, Jucan Optoelectronics, Dehao Runda and Silan Mingxin.

According to the cooperation agreement, China Micro-Semiconductor will mass-produce MOCVD equipment with independent intellectual property rights in Nanchang, and continue to expand production scale, and build Nanchang High-tech Zone into the world's most important and largest high-end MOCVD equipment manufacturing base; Carry out basic research on MOCVD, including the application of third-generation semiconductors such as red and yellow, deep purple, power devices and Micro LED, and gradually build Nanchang Zhongwei into a research and development platform and world-class platform with great influence at home and abroad.
