The project of the road reconstruction of the Tieyang Bridge to Hongshi section of the Y556 Township Road has been approved by the Enping City Development and Reform Bureau under the letter of Enfaying and No. [2016] No. 120. The project contractor is the People’s Government of Liangxi Town, Enping City. The funds are subsidized by superiors and self-raised. The proportion of the project's capital contribution is 100%. The tenderer is the project of the People's Government of Liangxi Town of Enping City which has already met the conditions for tendering. The project is now undergoing public tendering for the construction of a qualified post-qualification method.

2. Project Overview and Bidding:
2.1 Project Overview and Bidding Scope: This project is the pavement reconstruction project of the N56 Tsaimu Bridge to Hongshi Section of the Rural Road Y556. The project is located in Enping City, Guangdong Province. The starting point of the road is at the bridge of the S369 Bazi Bridge on the Provincial Highway. The route extends from south to north. The end point is located in the T-shaped junction of Hongshi Village and the existing cement pavement. The status quo has a width of 3.5m cement concrete pavement, but due to a relatively long construction period, the road surface has been seriously damaged. In addition to the K0+000~K0+240 and K0+940~K1+477.707 sections of the project, the existing roadbed is widened to a design width of 6.5m. The rest of the road sections are newly built roadbeds, of which the starting point is K0+000~K0. On the right side of +240, there is a 6m wide rural road with the same plan and the same direction. This project is considered to be connected with it.
The transformation of this road can greatly improve the travel conditions of the residents along the route, and provide a convenient transportation channel for local agricultural production. At the same time, it improves the regional road network and promotes local socio-economic development. Therefore, the transformation of this road is necessary and important.
The length of the reconstructed road section is 1.478km. It is designed using the technical standards of the fourth-grade highway. The design speed is 20km/h, the width of the roadbed is 6.5m, and the road width is 6.0m. The roadway is 2×3.0m, and the earth road shoulder is 2×0.25. Cement concrete pavement. The pavement structure of the carriageway is 22cm thick C40 concrete pavement, 4% cement stabilized stone substrate 15cm thick, and 5% cement stabilized chips on the base 15cm thick. The construction and installation fee of this project is about RMB 288.98 million, and the total construction period is 60 calendar days. The scope of the bidding is: the construction drawing design documents and the quantity list of the pavement reconstruction of the Y556 Tsam Meiqiao to Hongshi section of Liangxi Township Road. The required quality level is: qualified.
