Hot forging integrated application: The hot forging line usually consists of two die forging presses, one for punching and the other for trimming. The hot forging robot integrated application is usually equipped with two robots, one is responsible for transferring the high temperature material processed by the intermediate frequency furnace to the stamping die forging press, and the other is responsible for transferring the material from the stamping die forging press to another die. The forging press performs trimming. In order to prevent the high-temperature stamping workpiece from sticking to the mold, it is necessary to perform graphite lubrication on the mold after each pressing, and the lubrication can be completed by the robot or by a special mechanism. Because forging is a harsh environment caused by high temperature and high humidity and graphite lubrication, pay special attention to the protection work of the robot and the ability of the robot itself to resist heat radiation.

Welding application: Welding is the post-processing of forming machine tool plates. Robot welding has two types of resistance welding and arc welding. Welding robot applications account for more than 45% of the total robot application. The arc welding application is based on the robot, and is equipped with welding stations, wire feeders, welding guns, fixtures and other welding stations. The electric resistance welding application is based on the robot, and is equipped with a spot welding station composed of a spot welding gun, a welding controller , a water gas unit, a pipeline package, and a fixture.
