The ultrasonic transmitting circuit composed of discrete components is shown in Figure 1-1 as the simplest ultrasonic transmitting circuit composed of discrete components. The transistors VT1 and VT2 in the circuit form a strong feedback frequency stabilization oscillator whose oscillation frequency is equal to the resonance frequency of the ultrasonic transmitter T-40-16. At this time, the T-40-16 acts as a feedback coupling element and an output transducer. The oscillating waveform at both ends of T-40-16 is similar to a square wave, and the voltage amplitude is close to the power supply voltage. When the switch S is pressed, the T-40-16 can emit a series of 40KHz ultrasonic signals. The working voltage of this circuit is 9V, the working current is 25mA, and the control distance can reach 8m.
