Use environment considerations

1. Working environment temperature range -20 °C ≤ t ≤ 50 ° C, working environment humidity range 10% to 90% RH;

2. Avoid use or storage in high temperature, high humidity, high acid/alkali/salt environments;

3. Keep away from flammable materials, gases, and dust;

4. Avoid strong collisions during transportation and avoid sharp objects colliding;

5. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation conditions are not good, care should be taken not to open the screen for a long time;

6. LED display screens exceeding the specified humidity may cause corrosion of parts and even short circuits and cause permanent damage.

7. It is strictly forbidden to inject water, iron powder and other easily conductive metal objects in the screen body. The LED display should be placed in a low-dust environment as much as possible. Large dust will affect the display, and too much dust will damage the circuit. If water enters for various reasons, immediately turn off the power until all components in the screen are dry before use.

Switch screen considerations

1. Open the screen: first turn on the control computer to make it run normally, then turn on the large screen of the LED display;

2. Off screen: first turn off the LED screen power, turn off the control software, and then turn off the computer correctly; (first turn off the computer does not turn off the display, it will cause the screen to appear bright spots, burn the lamp, the consequences are serious)

3. The interval between switch screens should be greater than 5 minutes;

4. Avoid opening the screen in the all-white screen state, because at this time it is the maximum power state, which has the largest inrush current to the entire power distribution system.

Power supply precautions

1. The LED module is DC +5V power supply (operating voltage: 4.2~5.2V), it is forbidden to use AC power supply; the positive and negative terminals of the power supply terminal are strictly prohibited to be reversed (Note: once connected, it will burn out the product and even cause serious fire);

2. LED display power supply voltage: 220V ± 10% frequency: 50HZ ± 5%;

3. The safety ground contact is reliable, the ground wire and the neutral wire are isolated reliably, and the power source is connected away from the high power device;

4. If abnormalities such as short circuit, tripping, burning line, or smoke are found, the power supply test should not be repeated, and the problem should be found in time;

5. Keep the power supply stable, and do grounding protection to avoid lightning strikes. Do not use it under harsh natural conditions, especially during strong lightning.

6. The large-screen power supply must be supplied step by step because the maximum power state of the entire screen will impact the entire power distribution system;

7. LED display does not allow playing the highest brightness of the full white screen for more than half an hour, so as not to cause excessive current, power line heating, LED lights are damaged, affecting the life of the display, it is recommended to play dynamic video;

8. During the use of LED display products, the power supply cannot be continuously turned on and off, and the operation between the two should be separated by at least 1 minute;

9. LED display large screen internal circuit, non-professionals are forbidden to touch, so as to avoid electric shock or damage to the line; if there is a problem, please consult the professional.

Cleaning precautions

1. Regular cleaning and maintenance: LED full-color display large screen exposed to outdoor environment for a long time, wind, sun, rain, even if the indoor LED display is long, the screen will accumulate more dust and rain wash marks, this It needs to be cleaned regularly and in time to prevent the viewing effect from affecting;

2. If you clean the surface of the module, use a soft brush and gently wipe it. Do not use any liquid substance to clean the surface of the LED module, otherwise the LED lamp bead may be damaged;

3. Wipe properly: The large screen surface of the LED display can be wiped with alcohol, or dusted with a brush or vacuum cleaner. Do not wipe directly with a damp cloth.

Moisture and storage requirements

1. Storage temperature requirements: ambient temperature -40 ° C ≤ t ≤ 60 ° C, after the package is opened, LED products must be stored in the temperature <30 ° C and humidity <60% environment;

2. According to the environment of the display body and the control part, avoid insect bites, and place anti-rat medicine if necessary;

3. The LED display can't be turned off for a long time. In the high humidity environment, if the screen is not used for more than 3 days, the preheating lighting mode should be used every time the screen is illuminated: 30%-50% brightness is preheated 4- 8 hours, then adjust to normal brightness (80%-100%) to light the screen, so that the moisture is removed, so that there is no abnormality in use; if the screen is not used for more than 7 days, each time the screen is illuminated Preheating lighting mode: 30%-50% brightness is preheated for more than 12 hours, then adjusted to normal light (80%-100%) to illuminate the screen body, so that the moisture is removed, so that there is no abnormality in use. .
